1. Open All Night - played live from 92' through 94', and recorded for their Flying Demos release.
2. A Mona Lisa - played live in 92' and recorded on the 2nd version of Flying Demos released in 1992 at their shows.
3. Love and Addiction - played live in 92' and recorded for Flying Demos.
4. The Greening of America - played live in 92'.
5. Marjory Dreams of Horses - played live from 92' through 95' and recorded for Flying Demos. Adam once said that the song would have been put on "August and Everything After", but it just didn't mix in well with the other songs.
6. 40 Years - played live in 92' and early 94' and released on Flying Demos.
7. Suffocate - only played a couple of times live - once in 93' and then again in 95'.
8. Good Luck - song played in late 1995.
9. Barely Out of Tuesday - great song only played a few times live in late 1996 and early 97'.
10. Closer to You - written for the Josie and the Pussycats soundtrack and performed at the Shim Sham Club on 5/5/00.

18. August and Everything After - never performed live, but the song does exist! The lyrics can be seen on the cover of Counting Crows' debut album.
19. Los Angeles - written by Adam Duritz, Ryan Adams (Whiskeytown), and Dave Gibbs (The Gigolo Aunts). Described by one fan as a "classic Counting Crows song!". However it was only played at a few shows in late April and early May of 2001
20. 1492 - written and recorded for "Hard Candy", but never released.
