Payton Place Bayside Suites are located on two beautiful acres of property directly on the Chincoteague Bay. All suites are very spacious and have a living room with a sleep sofa, dinette area, kitchenette (no stove), bedroom with a QS bed, and bathroom. Each suite has cable TV, broadband internet access, individual heat, central air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and private entrance off of a deck overlooking frolicking dolphins and gorgeous bay sunsets. There are grills, picnic tables and a gazebo for our guests to use. Our 350-foot pier is available for fishing, crabbing or just relaxing. Guests may also dock a boat at our pier. A boat and motor can be rented nearby for bay fishing or to explore the waterways. The Assateague Island National Seashore and the Wildlife Refuge are just a short drive or bike ride away. Many fine restaurants and quaint shops are close by.

Policies:

• Maximum  suite occupancy: 4 persons
• Children 8 and older are welcome
• Reservations confirmed with a 50% deposit by check. Balance due upon check- in. A seven day cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations subject to a $20.00 processing fee.
• Renting two suites or more – full payment due 30 days prior to reservation, 30 day cancellation notice
• Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM
• No refunds after check-in
• Minimum: 2 night stay
• Holiday weekends: 3 night stay
• Pony Penning: 5 night stay;  full payment due 30 days prior to reservation, 30 day cancellation notice

Directions: Turn East on Route 175 from Route 13. Turn right onto Main Street after crossing the drawbridge. Go 2 miles on Main Street. Payton Place is on the bayside - 2569 Main Street
