Payton Place Bayside Suites are located on
two beautiful acres of property directly on the Chincoteague
Bay. All suites are very spacious with tasteful furnishings and
spotless (we do our own cleanings). Each
suite has a living room with a sleep sofa, dinette area, kitchenette (no
stove), bedroom with a QS bed, and bathroom. Each suite has cable TV, broadband
internet access, individual heat, central air conditioning, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker and private entrance off of a deck overlooking
frolicking dolphins and gorgeous bay sunsets. There are grills, picnic tables
and a gazebo for our guests to use. Our 350-foot pier is available for fishing,
crabbing or just relaxing. Guests may also dock a boat at our pier. A boat and
motor can be rented nearby for bay fishing or to explore the waterways. The
Assateague Island National Seashore and the Wildlife Refuge are just a short
drive or bike ride away. Many fine restaurants and quaint shops are close by.

Turn East on Route 175 from Route 13. Turn right onto Main Street after crossing the drawbridge.
Go 2.5 miles on Main Street. Payton Place is
