JUPITER is by far the largest planet, having more mass than all the other planets put together. It has more than three times the mass as the next largest planet,SATURN,and about a 20% larger diameter. Dynamically, the solar system can be thought of , as being composed of two main bodies, the SUN and JUPITER, Jupiter has 0.001 the mass of the Sun, and the other bodies are negligible. Jupiter has a dense atmosphere of molecular hydrogen(H2,79% by mass),helium(19%) and trace amounts of water vapor(H2o),methane(CH4) and ammonia(NH4). The planet is covered by clouds, arranged in dark BELTS and bright ZONES, parallel to the equator.......
