Committing Crimes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It is understood that laws are meant to be broken, and often times criminal role-play is fun and entertaining. If a player wishes to commit a crime within the Ogier Area, they should be familiar with all the laws and punishments before doing so, as they will be held accountable for their actions. Role-playing such events is encouraged, especially if done so in a timely, organized fashion. Role-playing crime just to commit general havoc and chaos, however, is discouraged. Often times random violence, theft or other criminal acts can ruin intimate moments in role-play. The Area Leader should be kept informed of such plots developing, particularly if they will interrupt the regular flow of role-play within the area.
Consent
~~~~~~~

Before committing a criminal act, one must always make certain to get consent from the possible victim, to make certain they are alright with whatever direction the line of role-play has taken. If consent is not obtained, then you may not commit the act of crime. If consent -is- obtained, however, then you are auto-consenting to any possible reactions that may occur because of the supposed event, up to, and including, getting caught, having a trial and receiving one of the possible punishments listed.
