OOC Administrators and Contacts:
The Administrators of the Ogier area are those players designated by the Area Leader to help with the day to day work for the Stedding. These positions may be entirely OOC in nature or involve some sort of IC position within the Stedding, depending on the needs of the Area. Each Administrator should be ready to lend a helping hand with Ogier characters, plots and informal RP sessions. They should be well informed about various aspects of Ogier life and act as a ÔcontactÕ for the Ogier area, should the Area Leader not be available. Administrators should be available to help with area needs on a regular basis. If an Administrator finds that they do not have the time to put into the area, they are expected to inform the Area Leader and be prepared to pass the role to another who might.
Key Characters:
Those players who hold high-ranking or important PC positions, such as First Elder, Elder, First Speaker, Speaker, or Guest House Keeper, should be ready to lend a helping hand to the Administrators of the Ogier Area. They should be ready to provide plot ideas and assist in the execution of any plots that have been approved. They should be available to role-play with other members of the Stedding on a regular basis. If someone holding one of these positions does not have the time to put into the area, they should be prepared to pass the role to another member of the Stedding.
OOC Positions Available:
Area Second - OOC Administrator who speaks for the Area Leader when they are not available to answer questions or help with area needs. They act with the same authority as the Area Leader.
Plot Coordinator - OOC Administrator in charge of gathering and collecting Plots for the Stedding. This person also helps run daily RP sessions within the Stedding to help encourage RP. They pass on any major "Stedding TP" ideas to the Area Leader for their approval. Depending on the needs of the area, there may be more than one plot coordinator.
IC Positions Available:
First Elder - Right hand Ogier of the Eldest, acts on their behalf when away or ill.
Elders - Various governing members of the Stump and Council of Elders.

Speakers - Various others that "speak" for the general Ogier populace, representing Ogier and their inquiries or grievances upon various matters.
Guest House Keeper - Makes certain the Stedding guests are comfortable; serves food, cleans rooms, makes certain fresh bath water available, etc... OOCly, it is especially important this role be filled by someone who logs in regularly, as they may be the main contact for beginning Ogier or human guests.

Idle Administrators or Key Characters:
Any Administrator or Key Characters who is idle more than two weeks, without giving the Area Leader prior notice that they will be away, will receive a written letter inquiring about their presence and whether or not they are still interested in the position. They will be given a week to respond to the letter. If no response is given, then the person acting as an Administrator or a Key Characters will be replaced with another who has time to work within the position. In the case of a Key Characters, an IC explanation such as illness or disinterest in the position will be used to make the transition smoother.
