This is the place where I get to impart some of my years of Shadowrun experience to the fledgling GMs out there. Ya right, if you believe that, I got a cool ¥M in dragon futures to sell. (The rest of us recognize this as a thinly veiled forum, where I get to expound upon which sourcebooks not to buy!)
And as there's but one list & nary an expondance, it's safe to guess that this page isn't finished yet.

Books out of which I've gotten the
most GM mileage, over the years

Corporate Shadowfiles* -- I can't recommend this one enough!! Best of the best! Back-order it today!!
Corporate Download(†) -- the 2060 update to Corporate Shadowfiles!*
Man & Machine: Cyberware -- a newcomer that's already become invaluable!
Seattle Sourcebook -- where we live, work, & breathe (since there's no Tokyo or Chiba books...)
Aztlan Sourcebook* -- where we died (well, some of us). Most of't used villians, next to Renraku.
Super Tuesday / Portfolio of a Dragon: Dunky's Secrets -- a great pair, chock full of campaign ideas!
Underworld Sourcebook -- minor irretants to major baddies. We've fought with/against 'em all!
Neo-A's Guide to Real Life* -- how "everyday" things work in the Sixth World (like, security systems!).
Threats(†) -- dripping with evil villians, bizarre plot-hooks, & really nasty campaign twists.
Shadowbeat -- lots of background campaign stuff (sometimes called the "Holy Grail" of SR books).
Tir Tairngire* -- not as many campaign ideas, but a good source on those wacky folks to the south.
Lone Star Sourcebook* -- Ack! You're busted! But just how busted Are you??!
Denver the City of Shadows* -- a great place to visit (and maybe do the odd "job" ...or five).
Native American Nations I & II* -- it's good to know your neighbors (& how to cut across their lawns).
Universal Bortherhood* / Missing Blood* -- frag with the PC's six ways to Sunday!
Target: Smuggler Havens(†) -- a relatively new addition to the list (due largely to LaRue's background).
Blood in the Boardroom -- another new addition (goes hand-in-hand with Corporate Shadowfiles!*).
Renraku Arcology: Shutdown -- our #1 nemesis in "a bad way." Awww. (Ditto on Corp Shadowfiles!*)
Neo-A's Guide to North America(*) -- pity this one isn't more detailed (useful with Target: UCAS(†)).
Sprawl Sites -- diversionary encounters to throw the PC's off the trail & keep 'em on their toes...
Sprawl Maps & D.M.Z. -- graphic maps & visual aids.

* Note the overwhelming number of Nigle Findley titles!
Oh yeah, Steve Kenson's got his share of 'em too. ;-9
