I found this in an old book back at tech school. This is a test to see if you might be an Engineer (ie. one of the few, the crafty, the mechanically inclined ... ). Score 1 point for each question below to which you answer affirmatively. I know a few of you out there who really outta take this.

For questions marked with an 'A', score one point for a positive answer.
For 'B', score one for a negative. For 'C', SUBTRACT one for a positive.

   As far as what your score means, try this:
Take your score and divide it by the number of questions, to yield a percentage. Then either:

This will yield your APPARENT Ess/Emp, which indicates how you "come across" to people who have just met you, or don't know you well. This is more of a role-playing thing than anything else, however, it can be a much better personality indicator than noting that someone has an "Essence of 2." GM's can also use this score to affect Social Skills, such as Negotiation & Etiquette. Enjoy.
