The QACAC contributes financial support to educational and community organizations through two grant venues: the AiE (Artists in Education) grant and the CAD (Community Arts Development) grant.
Grant allocations are decided on each year in June and awards are given in September.
Application deadlines are in May. Those interested in applying for Arts Council grants
should contact our offices at 410-758-2520, or fax at 410-758-1222 or email at
qacac@intercom.net, to request an
application form. Grants are awarded annually and the Arts Council hosts grant workshops
to assist potential applicants. In previous years, 15-20 grants, in amounts ranging from
$200 to $3,000 have been awarded annually.
The QACAC offers a public resource library for individuals and organizations interested in arts-related funding and program coordination. The library is located in the Arts Council building and is available for use during regular business hours:
