Funding for staffing support:
The restaurant is in need of two part-time employees. Hopefully these
employees
will be senior citizens who need additional income. These senior citizens
will
train high school youth in restaurant support. In later years these
youths can
train other youths leading to a self-supporting operation. The idea
is to take
two disadvantaged groups and have them complement one another. Profit
from the
food sales will be used to support the organization.
Program accomplishment:
1. Access to eight (8) acres of agriculture land
2. Access to farming equipment
Grantor support:
Funding for staff support: - The farming operation is in need of two
part-time
senior citizen instructors. The farming operation will give youth a

learn basic agriculture. The fresh vegetables will be utilized for

restaurant operation and provide charitable help to area residents.
