| Body Sculpting This is a great class for those just beginning or getting back into an exercise routine. Designed to tone and stretch the entire body, Body Sculpting includes stretching, light dumbbell work, abdominal exercises, and floor (no step) aerobic exercises. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00. Sessions are as follows: January 3 - February 9 and February 14 - March 22. Course Fee: |
Cardio Lite Cardio Lite is a class for the aerobic exerciser who does not feel comfortable with a step. Each class will include rhythmic movements intended to build muscular endurance and burn fat. A stretching routine is also part of each workout. Cardio Lite meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00. Sessions are as follows: December 14 - January 27 and February 1 - March 9. | Senior Fit This is a class for active older adults who are looking for an exercise routine in fun and social atmosphere. Our instructors make this a very entertaining class to be a part of, planning occasional parties and events that coincide with class times. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 10:15 - 11:00. Each one month session is limited to the first registrants. Course Fee: |
Step Aerobics Step is a class that will challenge all fitness levels with a cardiovascular, fat burning workout. All classes include stretching and abdominal work.
