Beginning in September, the YMCA will begin running youth and adult programs out of the Eagle's Nest Youth Center in Snow Hill, located at the corner on Pearl Street in downtown Snow Hill. Following is a list of program times and open use hours for use of our cardiovascular equipment by YMCA members.
The Eagle's Nest will be open from 9:00 - 11:00 am Tuesday and Thursday, and from 3:30 - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. YMCA membership and program registrations can be completed during any of the open times. Lower Shore Family YMCA membership will entitle any member to unlimited access to the Eagle's Nest cardiovascular equipment and to the fitness center in Pocomoke.
| Morning Body Sculpting Similar to our evening Body Sculpting class, this class is intended for a variety of fitness levels. It is designed to shape and tone the entire body with a combination of aerobic, stretching, and resistance exercises. Morning Body Sculpting meets at the Eagle's Nest on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Course

Senior Fit Our popular senior exercise class is a perfect addition to the life of any active older adult. Class participants will engage in lively, fun exercises designed to encourage mobility, balance, and flexibility. Occasional parties and gatherings will be planned to coincide with class. Senior Fit meets Tuesday and Thursday, 10:15 - 11:00 am. Course

| Youth Programs The Eagle's Nest will be open for use after school hours from 3:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday for youth of all ages in Snow Hill. A schedule of daily activities will be distributed and posted in schools. Planned programs include: YMCA Youth and Government, youth sports, homework assistance, internet access, arts and crafts, movies, games, and more. Eagle's Nest after school youth enrichment programs are offered at no fee. |
