BIRDING FESTIVAL

The Festival has been expanded to provide a fun filled weekend for local families and visitors of all ages and interests. The festival grounds will feature music, a live bird exhibit, wildlife artists, kids activity tent, science and nature products for sale, a wide variety of exhibitors, interesting workshops and great food. No tours are scheduled between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM so that everyone can enjoy the festivities.

NATURE CONSERVANCY'S BROWNSVILLE HIKE. Explore the many habitats at Brownsville with the Nature Conservancy staff and a birding expert.

ALL DAY BIRDING BUS TRIP. Hop on the bus with local birding experts Paul and Ann Smith for a day of bird watching and fun.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE stands have a good selection and the lines are short.

SILENT AUCTION items will be on display throughout the Festival. There will be a raffle of Michele Davis' original

ARTS ENTER in historic Cape Charles will host a variety of activities on Saturday.

EXHIBITS by many Federal, State and local agencies and organizations will feature displays on nature and wildlife

CHILDREN'S TENT - A tent full of fun for the whole family with arts and crafts and a variety of wildlife activities.
