State Senator J. Lowell Stoltzfus has said that he will consider legislation during the next session to remedy the problem of shore home owners who have been stripped of their insurance coverage.

"I am contacting the insurance commissioner to determine the legal responsibilities of the insurance carriers," he said. "It is, I think, impossible to justify termination or non-renewal by a carrier simply because a 'mobile home' is located near the water."

Owners who would like to share information with the Senator as well as with our State Delegate and relevant groups may wish to contact them.
