The Pinehurst HolidayProgram
The 3rd graders at Pinehurst presented their school's annual holiday program. This year it consisted of songs, poems, and skits celebrating Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Christmas. Mr. Burton's advanced band students played an array of holiday songs. For the first time in Pinehurst's history, Mr. Burton's band and Mr. Linkswiler's 3rd grade chorus performed together. It was a lovely performance and it put the entire school in the holiday spirit!

Nick Allen, Felix Weeks and Chelsea Eline are elves with Sarah Catley as Mrs.Claus. Santa, played by Emily Williams, is showing off his new Christmas computer.
Brian Williams, Daniel Ludwig, Chelsea Thomas, and Martin Folkoff share some Hanukkah customs with Tracie Brown.
Megan McCoun, Morgan Coulson, Margaret Clendenen and Rhashawn Johnson inform the audience about Kwanzaa, while Kiearra Chaney and Chris Todd hold signs showing 2 of the 7 principles of Kwanzaa.
Pinehurst's proud staff, conducted by Buck Burton, sing a medley of holiday songs to a surprised audience!
Mrs. Ennis and Mrs. Underwood entertain the audience with their holiday talents.
