Under the leadership of resort Ministries, we also have worship services and children's programs in several of the local campgrounds. On Sundays at 9:00 am we offer worship services at Frontier Town Campground, Ocean City Leisure Resort, Eagle's Nest Campground, and Gulls Way Campgrounds. Also at 8:00 am there is a Historic Worship Service at the Frontier Town Theme Park in the little chapel. This service is done in the costume and uses sermons and music from the 1800's. There is no charge and everyone is welcome. Surf and Sand Club are conducted for children ages 4 to 12 in seven campgrounds in the area. These campgrounds are: Frontier Town Campground, Eagles Nest Campground, and Assateague State Campground all off Route 611. Also in Ocean City Leisure on Route 50 and in Delaware at Swann Key Campground, Gull's Way Campground, and Tuckahoe Campground. These programs are conducted from 9:00 TO 11:00 AM Monday through Friday. They are of charge to anyone staying in the campgrounds. Local children are invited to Eagle's Nest for the Surf and Sand Club there.
Other Programs offered by Resort Ministries include Volleyball on the Beach, Basketball, Puppet Shows, Concerts, and a campfire at the Assateague National P{ark. If you would like to participate in any of these events feel free to call the Ocean City Baptist Church for more information.
